As the House debated whether to allow Speaker Nancy Pelosi's comments calling President Trump a racist remain on the record, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver (D-Missouri) spoke in protest and gave up the gavel. He said, unfairness is not enough, because we want to just fight, before walking out.
