Rachel Nichols and Shelley Smith remember Jerry Sloan, who came from a tiny town in Southern Illinois and became an NBA All-Star with the Chicago Bulls before leading the Utah Jazz through the franchise's most successful run in the 1990s. Sloan died Friday at the age of 78.
